Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products, including peptides and other research compounds (collectively, “Products”), from Motif Research LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as LNK Peptides (“Motif Research,” “LNK Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our research-use-only policy, and you acknowledge and accept that all Products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption. You further acknowledge that these Terms include a binding individual-arbitration provision and a class-action waiver (see “Dispute resolution and arbitration” below), which affect how disputes are resolved. If you do not agree, do not use this site and do not purchase any Product.

Intended use and purchaser qualifications

Our Products are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research use. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified, trained professional or a research organization, and that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and handle research compounds in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase our Products. The Products are NOT for human or animal consumption and are NOT drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It is your responsibility to ensure the Products are used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility and access

Access is application-based. We review applicants and may decline, limit, or revoke access at our sole discretion. Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or intended use is a violation of these Terms.

Permitted use

Products are sold for laboratory and research use only. You agree not to use, resell, or distribute them for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or any application prohibited by law or by our research-use-only policy.

Product handling and safety

You acknowledge that the Products may have hazardous properties and that you are responsible for their safe handling, storage, and disposal. You agree to implement appropriate industrial hygiene and safety protocols to protect anyone who may be exposed to the Products. We are not liable for any damages caused by negligence, misuse, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery, pickup, and shipping

LNK Peptides currently fulfills orders by local delivery and local pickup in the Lincoln, Nebraska and Omaha, Nebraska area. We reserve the right to offer or limit shipping and delivery to certain locations at our sole discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order to your location, your order will be canceled and you will be fully refunded.

Orders confirmed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day. If a federal holiday falls on a weekday, please allow one additional business day.

When shipping is arranged, any tracking information is provided by the carrier and may not update immediately. Once a package has been handed to a carrier, transit times and delivery are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, lost packages, or other carrier-related issues, but we will make every reasonable effort to help you locate a package or navigate a carrier claim. Orders and payment

Orders are arranged through our application and approval process. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

All orders are subject to acceptance. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for product unavailability, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment must be received in full before an order is delivered, picked up, or shipped. Applicable Nebraska and local sales tax is calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. The available payment methods will be provided at the time of your order or on your invoice.

We accept cryptocurrency as well as direct payment methods, handled through trusted third-party payment providers. When you choose a direct payment method, your order is placed on hold and will not be released until we have confirmed the funds have been received. Cryptocurrency payments are eligible for refunds: any refund on a cryptocurrency order is issued in the original cryptocurrency, or its U.S. dollar equivalent at the time of the refund, less any network, gas, or processing fees, which cannot be recovered.

Returns and refunds: what we cover

Because of the nature of research products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, as they cannot be resold. We stand behind our product quality and will provide a refund or replacement for:

• Products that arrive damaged in transit (photo evidence required within 48 hours)
• Incorrect items we provided in error
• Products that do not meet stated specifications or purity standards
• Orders not delivered despite tracking showing delivery
• Duplicate orders placed in error, if reported before fulfillment

Returns and refunds: what we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Orders canceled after they have shipped or been handed off
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Products past 30 days from delivery

How to request support

If you have an issue with an order, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, photos where applicable, and batch or lot numbers for quality concerns.

We respond within 24 to 48 hours. Quality issues are investigated promptly, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, and verified issues are replaced at our expense.

Store credit

We may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit to customer accounts. Store credit is a prepaid balance that may be applied toward eligible purchases. It carries no cash value, is not a gift card or stored-value instrument, and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts, pooled, or applied to previous orders. It is non-refundable and is not paid out if an account is closed.

Refund Credit is issued in place of a cash refund or as a courtesy for order issues. Promotional Credit is provided at no cost as a marketing or goodwill benefit; holding an account does not entitle you to it, and we decide whether to offer it, to whom, and on what terms. Store credit applies only to eligible product amounts and not to shipping, taxes, or other fees, which remain payable by you; any remaining balance must be paid with another accepted method.

Store credit: expiration, identity, and recovery

Refund Credit does not expire. Promotional Credit expires one (1) year from issuance unless otherwise stated, and expired Promotional Credit is removed automatically and forfeited. Promotional Credit is issued per person, household, and identity (not per account) and we treat duplicate, linked, or aliased accounts (including plus-tag email aliases such as name+anything@example.com) as a single identity. Using multiple or duplicate accounts, aliased emails, or false identity information to obtain additional credit is prohibited.

We may review, suspend, reduce, void, or reverse store credit before or after it is granted, including after it has been applied to an order, in cases of fraud or abuse, duplicate or misrepresented identity, technical or pricing error, chargeback or failed payment, a related cancellation or refund, or violation of these Terms. Where credit is voided after use, we may recover its value to the extent permitted by law. Store credit is provided “as is,” as a courtesy, and our total liability relating to any store credit will not exceed its face value.

Free research water

We may occasionally include research water with some orders at no additional charge. If it is added to your cart, you may remove it during checkout, in which case it will not be included.

Disclaimer of warranties

Information on this website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Products are provided “as is,” accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis for identity and purity, and we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on this website, or any particular research outcome.

Assumption of risk, limitation of liability, and indemnification

Research compounds are inherently hazardous and must be handled only by trained professionals using appropriate controls. All purchases are made entirely at the buyer's own risk, and you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the receipt, handling, storage, and use of the Products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Products. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Motif Research LLC and LNK Peptides, and their owners and staff, from any claims, expenses, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your purchase, handling, possession, or use of any Product, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Governing law

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. First, informal resolution: before starting an arbitration or any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@lnkpeptides.com with a written description of your dispute and to work with us in good faith to resolve it for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding arbitration: if we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and LNK Peptides agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will be conducted in Wyoming or, by agreement, remotely, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver: to the fullest extent permitted by law, you and LNK Peptides agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver provision by sending written notice to hello@lnkpeptides.com within thirty (30) days of your first purchase, stating your name and your intent to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site or purchase of Products constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

Marketing communications

You may opt in to receive promotional emails from LNK Peptides, including product updates, offers, educational content, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

You may also voluntarily opt in to receive messages through SMS text, WhatsApp, or Telegram, including order updates, reminders, and offers. Opting in to any messaging channel is voluntary and is not required to make a purchase. Your consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time; opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about your orders.

Messaging program terms (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram)

By providing your mobile number or messaging handle and opting in, you agree to receive messages from LNK Peptides such as order confirmations and updates, reminders, customer-service replies, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies, typically a few promotional messages per month plus transactional messages as needed.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier or app. For SMS, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. For WhatsApp or Telegram, you may opt out by messaging STOP or by leaving the chat. We will never sell or share your number or handle with third parties for their own marketing, and consent to messaging is not a condition of purchase.
