This Privacy Policy explains how Motif Research LLC, doing business as LNK Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use this website, apply for access, contact us, or place an order. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization or lab, research context, compound interest, and anything you include in application, contact, or compound-request forms. When you place an order, we also collect the details needed to fulfill it and the payment method you select.

Information collected automatically: basic usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

Account and authentication data: if you create an approved account, our authentication provider stores your login credentials and account identifiers on our behalf.

How we use your information

We use your information to review and respond to applications and inquiries, verify eligibility, fulfill and support orders, maintain your account, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the site. With your consent, we may also send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and keep you signed in; these are always on. With your consent, we also use analytics tools to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolls, and page interactions) so we can fix problems and improve the site. If you are signed in and have accepted cookies, Clarity sessions may be linked to your account email. We also keep our own basic visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate city, and device type) without advertising cookies. We honor consent-mode preferences: non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time by reopening the banner.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to browse the public site or apply.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example our authentication provider, database and hosting, CRM, email/messaging, analytics, and payment or fulfillment partners — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party marketing.

Service providers and sub-processors

We rely on a small set of vetted service providers (sub-processors) to operate, and each receives only the information needed to perform its function. Clerk provides authentication and account management. Supabase provides our database and secure file storage (including certificates of analysis). Vercel provides application hosting. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide site analytics, only with your cookie consent. Close CRM stores applicant and lead details so we can review and respond to access requests. Resend delivers transactional and team-notification email. WooCommerce, on WordPress, processes orders and hands off payment to our payment providers: NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments, Venmo for payments sent to our business Venmo account, and our direct-payment provider for other peer-to-peer and card methods. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Age requirement

This site and our Products are intended only for qualified researchers who are at least 19 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19 or direct the site to children.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided, and you may opt out of marketing at any time, by contacting us at hello@lnkpeptides.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
