Growth-axis peptide combination

Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin / CJC-1295

A combination of tesamorelin, ipamorelin and CJC-1295, three peptides that act on the growth hormone axis.

Not an approved product

This combination is not an approved product. Tesamorelin on its own is an FDA-approved prescription medicine, available only through a licensed provider.

What it is

This combination pairs two growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analogs, tesamorelin and CJC-1295, with ipamorelin, a selective growth hormone secretagogue. The three act on different points of the growth hormone axis, which is why they come up together in research.

Regulatory status

Tesamorelin on its own is an FDA-approved prescription medicine (Egrifta). Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 are not approved, and the combination is not an approved product.

How it has been studied

Each peptide has been studied separately, mostly in endocrine and growth hormone research. Published research on the three together is limited.

How to get it

Anyone interested in tesamorelin as a treatment should talk to a licensed medical provider; it is available only by prescription.
